The “Covent Pearl” apartment is a modern and spacious 2-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment located in London's most central and famous Covent Garden area.

Being in the heart of London, our apartment has everything on its doorstep. Along with Covent Garden’s rich heritage, cobbled Piazza, and eclectic range of theatres (including the Royal Opera and Royal Ballet and Harry Potter just opposite, you will be spoiled with its world-class shopping and international dining options.

Other Central London attractions, including Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street, Regent Street, the London Eye, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, the British Museum, the Tate Gallery, and many others, are within walking distance.

We were very excited to stay at Stefan’s property but our excitement faded quickly when we arrived and realized the apartment was on a very loud and busy street with extensive construction in the next building over facing the living room and master bedroom windows. All day from 8-5 pm weekdays there was literally jackhammers going much of the day. Nights were also rough with lots of street noise heard in the master, made worse by window missing second noise mitigating unit. The building and unit desperately in need of a refresh, and the WiFi is a cellular not wired system that I had to troubleshoot to get good external signal—by window was best. Stefan was very responsive and I informed him of our disappointment and misrepresentation of the unit in the listing. Definitely would not stay here again.

We would like to note that throughout your stay, we responded promptly whenever you reached out. We also offered to arrange for someone to attend the apartment to check on the issues raised, but we did not receive confirmation from you to proceed. We appreciate your comments regarding the noise levels. As the apartment is located in a central London area, there can occasionally be external factors such as nearby development works, which are unfortunately beyond our control. However, these are subject to local regulations and are limited to specific daytime hours. Regarding the listing, we have reviewed the description and believe it accurately reflects the property. That said, we value your feedback and will continue to monitor guest experiences closely. Thank you again for your comments.
