The ground floor boasts a bright, open-concept area that combines the kitchen, dining, and living room and has direct access to the pool. This space is thoughtfully designed for relaxing or gathering with loved ones.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals easily. These include an SMEG toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and a central kitchen island with an induction hob and sink.

Located on the upper floor, the three bedrooms provide privacy and restful nights:



• Master bedroom – King-size bed (180cm), wall-mounted Smart TV, built-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom, and air conditioning for extra comfort.

• Twin bedroom 1 – Two single beds (90cm), perfect for families or friends.

• Twin bedroom 2 – Two single beds (90cm) with a cosy and functional design.

The local area - Las Eras



Las Eras is a charming coastal village on Tenerife’s southeast coast, offering a peaceful and authentic island experience. With its black sand beach and a small fishing harbor, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway away from the crowds. You can enjoy fresh seafood at nearby restaurants in the village of Tajao, take a swim in the ocean, or explore the surrounding natural landscapes.



For outdoor enthusiasts, the area offers scenic coastal walks and easy access to the Anaga and Teide National Parks, making it a great base for hiking and exploring Tenerife’s diverse landscapes.



Las Eras is also famous for its dive site, which is accessible via a protected bay with a small black volcanic beach, providing an easy shore entry suitable for divers of various experience levels. The underwater terrain features volcanic rock formations, swim-throughs, overhangs, and narrow passageways illuminated by natural light filtering through crevices, creating picturesque scenes ideal for photography.

ONLINE CHECK-IN BEFORE ARRIVAL



In accordance with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law), we request that all guests submit their ID prior to arrival. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us.



TOWELS, LINEN AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANING



The house is always professionally cleaned between guests and maintained to a high standard.



We provide all bed linen, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 beach towel per guest, and 1 hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom.



Please send us a message to request a change of towels and bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more.



MID-STAY CLEANING



Mid-stay cleaning is available for €20 an hour (minimum 3 hours). If you want us to arrange this, send us a message.



FAMILIES



We welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably.



Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, and it is available for €30 per reservation.
