Palazzo Dolce Vita is a truly one-of-a-kind residence, spread over three floors and 300 square meters. Thoughtfully curated details, antique furniture, and contemporary art make it the perfect refuge for those seeking spaciousness, comfort, elegance, and a breathtaking view of the horizon.

A private entrance with a staircase leads you into a refined environment, meticulously cared for in every detail.

First Floor:
Spacious entrance hall

A master bedroom (bed size 200 x 210 cm) with a private en-suite bathroom including shower, bidet, WC, and sink

A second double bedroom (bed size 160 x 200 cm) with a private balcony adorned with wisteria

A third, large double bedroom (bed size 180 x 200 cm) with a convenient desk for remote work; a travel crib for infants up to 2 years old is available upon request

A second full bathroom with shower, bidet, WC, and sink, shared by the latter two bedrooms

A custom kitchen equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine. Fully stocked with dishes, wine glasses, an ice bucket, and all necessary cooking tools. A breakfast nook is also included

A bright and elegant dining room with an antique table for six, designed with attention to every detail

A laundry room with washing machine and sink, available to guests

Second Floor:

Guests can park for free inside the courtyard of Palazzo Dolce Vita.
Access is suitable for small cars, motorbikes, and bicycles.
The spacious and secure courtyard is located right at the entrance of the property.
Since we are located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), we kindly ask you to provide:

. A photo of the car registration document
