Apartamento Charline is an inviting holiday apartment in Calpe, perfect for families or couples looking to explore the area. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, it accommodates up to four guests. It is ideally located only 250 meters from the Cantal Roig beach, and a 5-minute walk from the La Fossa Beach, the harbor, and the iconic Peñón d’Ifach. Around the corner, you’ll find Les Salines, a beautiful salt lake home to flamingos, adding a unique natural touch to your stay. You can also relax by the large communal pool to cool off on a sunny day.Situated on the fourth floor, the apartment has a cozy yet open living and dining area. The living space features a two-seat sofa, an armchair, a TV (with Google Chrome), and air conditioning (hot/cold). Adjacent to this is a dining table for four, creating a comfortable space to gather. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and water kettle. There is also a small laundry area with a washing machine for added convenience.From the living area, you have direct access to the covered balcony, which is fully glazed but can be opened completely for an indoor-outdoor feel. Here, you can relax in one of the two armchairs or enjoy a meal while taking in the views of the Peñón d’Ifach and the city skyline.The apartment offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both rooms have wardrobe space and air conditioning (hot/cold) to ensure a pleasant stay year-round. They share a bathroom featuring a bath/shower combination, sink, and toilet.For added convenience, the apartment includes a private parking space in the garage and free Wi-Fi. And outside, guests can enjoy access to a large Mediterranean pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days.So whether you’re here for a relaxing beach holiday or to explore the best of Calpe, apartment Charline provides a comfortable and well-located home base for your stay.Please note:1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.3: The apartment is in a residential complex. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited.4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
