The residence features one bedroom, a living room that can accommodate an additional 2 people, a spacious and sunny kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It is ideal for couples and families.
Fully furnished, with Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps, Smart TV, washing machine, and a solar water heater to enjoy hot water 24/7. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils.
Koskinou Village is an amphitheatrically built village on a hill of unparalleled beauty, distinct in the region.
Just a 5-minute walk away, you can wander through the narrow streets of the village, known for the characteristic, colorful architecture of the old town center and the lush green alleys surrounded by houses painted in vibrant shades of green, blue, and red.
The courtyards are decorated with mosaics and plants, and among the bustling taverns, there are paths leading to spots where the view and sunset are truly breathtaking.
The Church of the Entrance of the Theotokos has a five-story bell tower, and there you will find the preserved traditional village house with unique Rhodesian ceramic objects and embroidery.
The house is ideal for those who love tradition and tranquility, as it offers peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city, as well as for those seeking adventure, nature activities, and summer life on the island of Rhodes.
