As we've only had this apartment for a short time, we really appreciate your feedback so that we can improve our services for guests. We sincerely regret that your stay did not fully meet your expectations and we will review the points you mentioned. I would like to point out that we offer much earlier check-in than usual, so that you can start using the apartment as soon as possible. We were always in touch to support you with anything you needed and tried to respond as quickly as possible. We understand that the elevator breakdown caused some inconvenience, but it happened on a Sunday and we immediately reported it to the condominium. Although it wasn't our responsibility, we know that it was repaired the following day. Although the pool is managed by another company and is not included in our accommodation, we will pass on your comments about the chairs and pool cleaning to the company. However, we know that the number of sun loungers in the pool is limited, but there are some available for guests. In re With regard to the shower, what broke was the support and not the shower head, so it didn't make it impossible to use. When you informed us, we ordered the parts to repair it, but it was not possible to receive and repair it during your short stay, but it has now been repaired. With regard to the decor, our aim is to offer a functional, clean space in a prime location. Nevertheless, we have taken your suggestions into account in order to improve the feeling of coziness and revise the decor. We will continue to work to improve the overall experience.
