Situated at the border between the historic center of Villasimius and the untouched Mediterranean scrub, Casa Helos is a retreat for couples seeking a new and finely finished accommodation. The interior of Casa Helos features elegant and functional spaces, creating a soothing atmosphere. The living room, bright and cozy, along with the large level terrace, form a perfect space for moments of leisure. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, to prepare your meals at home. In addition to the indoor table, the outdoor one is perfect for dining outside, immersed in the tranquility of the nature in front of the house. The spacious double bedroom has air conditioning, two large wardrobes, and a French door leading to a mock terrace (a window with a protective barrier, simulating a terrace). Two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, both with showers. The house, all on one level, is located on the first floor, and the entrance is accessible via a flight of stairs. Access and spaces: guests have exclusive access to the house and do not share spaces with others. One room, a living room cabinet, the TV unit, and three kitchen cabinets are not accessible to guests. A parking space is available in the condominium parking area.The area: We are located on Via del Monte, a dead-end street that is only accessed by residents, on the southwest border of the Villasimius town center.
Our property borders the untouched Mediterranean scrub on two sides, giving the feeling of being far from the town. However, services, the shopping street, and the historic center of Villasimius are just a short walk away. Within a 5-6 minute walk, you can reach: supermarket, bar, restaurants and pizzerias, lounge bar, bakery, bank, and pharmacy.To explore and reach all the beaches, noteworthy places, and countryside agriturismos, we recommend that our guests have a car available [especially during the low season].
An alternative to the car are bicycles, which can be rented near the house. During the high season, a shuttle bus service is also available, connecting the town center to the various beaches in the area.
