カシータは自宅に付いていますが、2つのガレージで分かれています。 それはアルファルファ畑と非常に大きな古い成長綿木に囲まれた南西スタイルの牧場です。 カシータは、セキュリティと静寂を提供するゲートのある中庭の壁の内側にあります。 牧場に近い隣人はいません。道路洞窟の終わりから約1/4マイル離れています。 プールはメインハウスの裏庭にあり、メモリアルデーから労働日までの使用に適しています。 ワイルドフラワーガーデンは、ウェスタンコロラドの観光スポットや匂いを高め、蝶、ハチミツ、ハミングの鳥に十分な食べ物を提供します。 いくつかのブドウのブドウが敷地の裏側の牧草地フェンスに並んでいます。 交通量の少ないハイランド運河や地方道路に沿って、散歩や自転車の乗り物を楽しむ方法はたくさんあります。 野生動物の観察はすぐに利用できます。ノワール鹿、コヨーテ、鳥類、赤い尾の鷹たちがBookcliff Ranchに電話します。 特別な機会にゴールデンイーグルズとボールドイーグルスが見られます。

My partner and I fell in love with this place-we consider it in our top 2 favorite places as far as short-term rentals. we love how quiet and peaceful the location is, and the casita was more beautiful than the pictures on the listing. We met Rob, the owner, who is very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here anytime we are in the area.

We have spent 9 days in the lovely Casita, we had a great time. The house is very well equipped, the neighborhood is quiet farmlands, we enjoyed the sunsets and sights around. Rob was very helpful with everything.

Peaceful casita at the end of the road. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful private place outside of Fruita. The host welcomed us and showed us around. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, beautiful bathroom, nice combined seating and dinner area and a very comfortable bed. It was a fantastic experience.

Wonderful and peaceful stay!

My husband and I needed a safe, comfortable place to stop on our way moving across country and we got just that! The hosts met us upon arrival and were so kind and hospitable! Comfortable bed, shower, and so quiet! :) would definitely come back!

Great Property

Comfortable Stay

Thank you for the lovely stay. It was very peaceful and cozy for two adults and a toddler. Communication was great, we appreciate the kindness shown towards us. The pool was fun, and the bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful Views and Starry Nights

This is a special place. From Rob being an excellent host just checking in to make sure you have what you need all the way to the amazing natural vista that you wake up to every morning, the stay at the Bookcliff Ranch should be on anybody’s list.

Sweet casita on remote ranch

Beautiful countryside, owners were easy to communicate with and brought us towels for the swimming pool. Very comfortable bed. Recommend!!!
