This recently renovated two-storey villa offers a comfortable and welcoming space, featuring a private garden with barbecue, a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a second bathroom with shower, and a lovely terrace. Air conditioning and private parking space are also provided for your comfort.
The villa is part of a peaceful residence in Bibione Spiaggia, just 650 metres from the beach and right in front of the thermal baths. The complex offers three swimming pools for adults and children, a playground, and Wi-Fi access, making it an excellent choice for a family holiday.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

Bibione is a beach town with 12 km of golden sandy beaches. Ideal for families or groups of friends. You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
