I’d like to kindly clarify that when you asked about the plumbing guideline on check-in day, I responded the following morning (Christmas morning) to explain the situation, and you confirmed you understood at that time. This guideline is a preventive measure due to the plumbing system and has never affected restroom functionality or caused issues for previous guests. A notice was also posted in the bathroom to help avoid any inconvenience during the stay.
