This is our second time staying at this property, and it was just as good as the first. Clean, quiet, and well stocked. I don't think we'll ever stay anywhere else when we visit Moab.

We just returned from Moab after three days over there. The property is very lovely. It is very well maintained. Lots of space. Location was perfect for us. Just five minutes away from the center. The host was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend it. We would stay there again

Great location

Perfect looking location outside of town. Townhouse has everything you need. Very clean and we loved the artwork throughout the home. Large master bathroom and kitchen is equipped with whatever you need if you want to cook.

All you’ll ever need.

Simply wonderful! Large rooms, comfortable beds and furniture. Fully stocked kitchen complete with rice cooker, air fryer, and every other device you could need. Spotless! Excellent communication with the owner. Short drive to Arches and Canyonlands. Would stay again.

Spacious yet cozy and convenient!!

This place had everything we needed for a holiday stay. Plenty of space for family of 3 on a road trip to spread out. And plenty of space in the main area to gather and spend time together. The fireplace was lovely on Christmas morning. There were plenty of kitchen accessories so making meals was never an issue. House is only a few minutes from town and close to the National Parks. Loved it!!

Everything about our VRBO was more than what you expect. So clean and well stocked with thought and care for guests. Loved large attached garage. Also unit was in quiet part of town away from traffic and tourist crowds.

We came after dark and it was very hard to find. There were trucks and trailers parked on both sides of the road. We were dodging them and trying to find our location. It was so dark and very confusing. The driveway light didn’t work. We liked the place. The master king room had 3 slats missing from the sliding glass door. That was a privacy problem. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Overall great stay

The townhouse was beautiful, well stocked with all necessities. ++ for having all basketballs, footballs, and tennis rackets. My kiddos loved being able to go over to the courts and play. It was a couple miles outside of town so it was nice and quiet like we wanted. The only negative was the check in code I was given was wrong and we had some trouble getting into the property. Overall great stay! We would absolutely stay again!

I can't really review this property. Due to a mixup this property wasn't ready. Stephanie relocated us to another unit and handled a couple of small issues quickly and saved the day. Thanks Stephanie!

Proximity to Aches and Canyonlands National Park

The Home was perfect for our visit to the National Parks which were both easy drive. Central location we could choose either on any given day. Kitchen was extremely well organized with all we would need for our eat in meals. Bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. Pool and hot tub across the street for easy access. A great experience for our group.
