Escape to the gentle rhythm of the water aboard a houseboat moored on the Prerauer Stich and Havel River, north of Berlin. This floating retreat offers a luxurious and peaceful stay, complete with panoramic views, modern comforts, and included amenities like Wi-Fi, linens, energy costs, and final cleaning. It’s the perfect way to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Just beyond your deck lies Zehdenick, a historic Havel town shaped by 19th-century clay mining. The former clay pits have transformed into serene bathing lakes, now part of a unique landscape teeming with wildlife. Along the 215 km Clay Road, you’ll discover moors, swamps, and cultural landmarks that make this region a hidden gem for explorers and nature lovers alike.

Whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck, paddling through quiet waters, or tracing the Clay Road’s scenic path, this houseboat stay blends relaxation with discovery.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The houseboat has no motor and is firmly attached to the jetty. No pets allowed.
