The Watervilla 10 has a modern living room with a spacious seating-, and dining area. You can settle down on the comfortable couch in the living room and watch TV on the smart TV. The living room also offers a charming gas fireplace. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped, including a cooking island, a second dining area, a fridge, a freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher.



From the sliding door in the living room, you can access the spacious waterfront terrace with swimming stairs, a luxurious lounge set and dining set. The perfect location to fully unwind after an exciting day out.



For more protection and an extra luxurious holiday feeling this 10-person waterfront villa offers a private boat house. This exclusive and covered docking space offers extra protection for your valuable possession.



On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washbasin each. One bathroom also offers a bathtub.



On the second floor, there are 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds and a private bathroom each. These bathrooms offer a walk-in shower and a washbasin.



The holiday villa offers 2 to 3 toilets. There is a parking space for a minimum of 2 cars and you can use a private charging point for your electric car.During your stay you can use the Wi-Fi free of charge, the villa has underfloor heating and there is a storage with a washing machine and a dryer. There is of course also enough space to store your bike.
