This home was as beautiful in real life as the photos depicted. We loved the pool and hot tub! We grilled yesterday and enjoyed drinks in the beautiful patio! There is lots to do in the area from Fredericksburg to Boerne to Bandera. We enjoyed it!

Great hill country get-away!

We loved our stay over New Years Eve! We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, fishing in the creek, hiking, star-gazing, watching movies by the fire inside, and just being in the beautiful house. The linens were soft, house was clean, kitchen had everything we needed- it was a delightful stay! Note- this is one house on a ranch with other homes, but there is more than enough privacy around the home. The creek area is used by everyone, but that wasn't an issue. We still caught a nice bass. Highly recommend this property!

Great property

The home is not served by the pictures as it is gorgeous and so much more than is shown. We were not disappointed. We did have a few snafus but the property staff were quick and efficient with a resolution. There are a few maintenance issues that needs to be addressed, staff made aware but overall a great stay and wonderful property staff to work with.

Amazing House!

The house was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 4 kids, age 12-17. The pool and the pool table kept us entertained all weekend! The proximity to both Boerne and Bandera was awesome, but it’s far enough away that you have absolute peace and quiet. We really enjoyed the quiet mornings on the property and seeing all the wildlife. Deer walked into the backyard one evening while we were in the pool and the kids loved it. The house was outfitted with any type of kitchen gadget/tool you would need and everything was in great condition. Very clean home as well and we all thought the beds were super comfortable! There are also plenty of boardgames to keep you entertained during any down time you have on your trip. The customer service by the staff absolutely sets the place above any other property I have stayed. They were flexible with some minor requests we had and very quick to respond to any communication. Just book the place because you’ll love it!

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The place had all the amenities we need and more. The house is beautiful and the pool was amazing. It was a great getaway from the city life. Owners were very responsive and kind. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous

The house was lovely we enjoyed it thoroughly my children love the pool table the hot tub is very comfortable the pool was too cold but expected for this time of year the scenery was beautiful a perfect weekend getaway. The sunrise was beautiful and breathtaking and so is sunset! Would highly recommend it!

A wonderful long weekend

The home is lovely and well stocked. The pool was excellent. We had a relaxing weekend, and were thankful for the very prompt help from the owners when we couldn't get the tv working correctly so we could watch the Olympics. It was really close to Boerne for shopping, but we also felt away from it all and enjoyed being able to take. daily walks on the property.

Very nice house but a surprise in the backyard

Check in process was easy, the home was gorgeous and very comfortable for the entire family. The pool was a bit dirty so we ran the pool Polaris to clean it up a bit. The fire pit and the table top fire pit were amazing and we really enjoyed our time outside and under the patio. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed the pool. Being from south Texas we understand lizards and bugs, there was a spotted lizard or gecko that was in the formal dining room several times and then appeared in the master bedroom as well. It was quite the scare for me and my mom but no harm nor fowl. The day before we left we were all in the backyard and we went on the trail behind the house, it is right behind the pool, my BIL saw and heard a rattle snake and in fact it was coiled up right behind the pool. We called the numbers listed and no one answered so we called again and left a message about the snake. My husband found the grounds keeper and he came right away and then the owners called us back, this was within 15 mins of us calling and that was very nice to respond so quickly. A man came with a gun and killed the snake and all was well and we continued our backyard outing. We went down to the creek and fished and caught many perch and threw them back but had such a great time doing it. We all slept really well and really enjoyed the beautiful interior of the home. We saw many, many deer and the grounds of the ranch were beautiful. We asked about the snakes and were told they have never killed nor saw one on the ranch. We are use to snakes, have seen and killed many in our time so it is part of the terrain. We all loved the amenities and the style of the home was rustic ranch with a Tuscan twist. We were sad to leave and would love to come and stay again.

Lovely Home!

It is a great home with lots to do. The pool is even better in person. The house is very spacious, lots of room. The kitchen is stocked with everything, there is a bar with its own fridge. The grill could be replaced but no biggie. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this rental.
