The villa in Llafranc provides a spacious and comfortable retreat, offering four bedrooms and accommodating up to seven guests within 250 m². Nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly area, it ensures a relaxing stay. The property is not pet-friendly, maintaining a quiet atmosphere for all visitors. Guests can enjoy a private terrace, perfect for unwinding outdoors. Modern amenities such as a washing machine, iron, and USB internet access add to the convenience. A TV is also available for entertainment, making it an ideal choice for a coastal getaway.
Located just 100 meters from the sandy beach, the villa provides easy access to the beautiful shoreline for sunbathing and water activities. The vibrant city center, also 100 meters away, features charming cafés, boutique shops, and local markets. A variety of restaurants are only 70 meters from the property, serving delicious local and international cuisine. A supermarket, conveniently located 100 meters away, offers fresh ingredients and daily essentials. For golf enthusiasts, a scenic course is just 20 km away, offering a serene escape into nature.
The villa features an independent gas-powered kitchen, fully equipped for meal preparation. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher, along with essential dishes and cutlery. A coffee machine and toaster provide added convenience for morning routines. The well-maintained washroom ensures a comfortable and refreshing experience. With ample space and modern amenities, this villa is perfect for an enjoyable stay by the sea.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
