A prestigious village situated in the Punta Verde area at approx. 3500 m. from the Lignano Riviera beach. The village has bar/cafe with WiFi. It has satellite TV (only foreign channels, not Italian), air con, free access to the village's private pool open from the end of May until mid September (indicatively), a private parking space inside the gated parking. Our townhouse is composed of: a living/dining room with a kitchenette, a single sofa bed, covered terrace and a private garden overlooking the small lake on the ground floor. On the first floor, loft with a double bed and an armchair bed, a windowed bathroom with a shower cabin. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
