This spacious country house features ample living space and 6 elegantly appointed bedrooms, each equipped with air-conditioning to guarantee a restful night’s sleep. Living Spaces: The garden level boasts a generous living room set under a large, luminous veranda, allowing you to soak in the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape while enjoying the comforts of a stylish interior. This area is divided into three distinct spaces making it perfect for both entertainment and relaxation: a cozy TV corner on one side, a large central living space with a seating room and a game table, and another sitting area facing a charming fireplace on the other side. Also on this level, a modern kitchen opens to a dining area for 10 people.

Bedrooms: On the first floor, you will find six beautifully furnished bedrooms. Three of these are spacious double bedrooms featuring 180×200 cm beds. There is also a smaller double bedroom with a 140×200 cm bed for children, and two twin bedrooms for children as well, all designed with comfort in mind are equipped with air-conditioning and have their own private bathroom.

Entertainment: For your entertainment, the property is equipped with a variety of activities to suit all ages. Enjoy friendly matches on the ping pong table, engage in competitive games of foosball, or explore the scenic surroundings on the available bicycles.

Outdoor Amenities: The front of the house features a long terrace with a dining table, barbecue, and parasols, perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying warm, sunny days. The wide garden is thoughtfully designed with multiple areas for relaxation and leisure. On one side, there is a charming fountain, adding a touch of tranquility to the setting. Another area includes a garden pavilion where the ping pong table, baby foot, and bicycles are housed, providing endless entertainment options.

Pool Area: Behind a protective gate, you will find the inviting pool surrounded by a spacious terrace. One side of the pool area includes a covered section with a comfortable seating area, ideal for lounging in the shade. Adjacent to this is a small pool house, providing convenient amenities for poolside enjoyment.
