Great location

Good spot for visiting NC state freshman son. Nice place to hang out together with family. Good layout and well stocked kitchen

Christmas stay

This was our 6th year staying at the property. We think it’s excellent and perfect for us for a family stay away for Christmas. Always enjoy our lil home away from home.

Convenient and spacious

A very enjoyable stay. My in laws love how how convenient the location is to the restaurants but especially enjoyed the hotpot restaurant food just downstairs. My husband and I loved walking around the beautiful campus. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and minimalist which I really appreciated as it was so easy to clean.

Parents & Grandparents

Great place for parents and grandparents to stay . We had the place to hang while visiting kids that live in the area. Close to the best places to see in Raleigh. Will stay again in the future. Elevator didn’t work for Saturday, that was the only hassle.

Great location in the heart of Raleigh!

Owners were very responsive, property was very clean, nicely decorated, bigger then expected and great size to spread out for our family ! Parking was ample and easy to get in and out ! Kitchen was fully stocked and even had ear plugs if you are sensitive to the noise on the street. Would have liked a few more bathroom towels to use one as a bathmat but didn’t request as we made it work . Overall would stay here again !

Cool spot!

Very modern condo with a ton of space. Cool location with plenary of food spots below and in walking distance. DT Raleigh is a short Uber/Lyft drive. We will remember to book this again when our son graduates NCST

Heart of NC State Campus

Great place in the heart of NC State’s campus. Met all of our needs. The only minor suggestion was we had difficulty using the tv in the family room and we’re unable to make it work. Perhaps a card with directions could be made available for others. Otherwise, we would stay here again in the future. Thank you, Doug

GREAT LOCATION, SPACIOUS

OVERALL PROPERTY WAS AS ADVERTISED. COULD WALK TO MANY COFFEE, FOOD AND OTHER VENUE OPTIONS. PROXIMITY TO NC STAE ALLOWED FOR WALKS/RUNS ON/AROUND CAMPUS ON TRAILS ETC. HAVING A BATHROOM FOR EACH BEDROOM REALLY NICE OPTION. ONLY RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE FOR A COUPLE MORE ITEMS IN THE KITCHEN- SPECIFICALLY A LARGER SKILLET, A CUTTING BOARD AND COUPLE MORE POTS FOR COOKING. OVERALL WORKED REALLY WELL FOR US. WASHER/DRYER ALSO A VERY NICE FEATURE.

Can’t wait to go back!

Everything was perfect. Just like staying in a new hotel but tons of room to spread out and relax! All of the logistics were super easy and the neighborhood is great. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again next time I’m in Raleigh with a group.

NC State Condo

This is a great property in Raleigh and is just across the street from NC State campus. We walked to several restaurants and bars nearby and also to the Cameron Village and Greenwood Avenue areas, but we also used Uber for a few dollars. Three bedrooms each with separate bathroom was ideal for three couples. There is greenspace just behind the building for a pet. Parking is free on the street (nights and weekends) but one permit was available for the lot behind the building. We cooked breakfast in and the kitchen and utensils were more than adequate. Only a couple of minor issues that I let the owner know about so they could be addressed (one shower/tub had low water pressure even though the sinks did not, but it was still usable). The place was clean and everyone liked the high ceilings. We had five keycards to access the building so that allowed us to split up. There is some nearby construction but it is almost done and I didn't find it to be too intrusive. We would stay again if we return to the area!

Beautiful, modern, clean, spacious apartment.

Excellent location, check in was perfect. Spaciuos, each room has it's own on suite bathroom. There is a Target 2 blocks from apartment for all your needs. Walk to downtown is approximately 1.5 miles. Would highly recommend.

Modern Condo In The Heart Of It All

Our group of six arrived two by two by two. Key card entry via elevator -30 steps from your car to the front door of the condo if you can find close parking. Each time the reaction was the same “wow” and “nice find” were repeated over and over. The extra tall ceilings and clean white paint provided the room with lots of light and depth. Balcony that stretches the width of the condo overlooking Hillsborough Street. Our wedding party absolutely loved it. Each of the three rooms have memory foam mattresses and full baths. The kitchen is open to the main living room and make entertaining easy. We prepared brunch for all with ease. All basic kitchen utensils are provided for. Location was perfect, in the swing of the college scene but secluded and private. Below you are cafes and unique eateries. Target is just two blocks North and a 5 min walk. Parking was the biggest challenge as construction was going on in the building and during the week we had to pay for $10 parking. Overall fantastic stay.

This spacious apartment is a gem!

We loved our Thanksgiving weekend on Hillsborough street in this beautiful, brand new apartment! It is appointed with everything you need to enjoy a very comfortable stay! The furniture and beds were tasteful and very comfortable! We loved being on Hillsborough Street: it was convenient to activities at NCSU, not to mention how easy it was to walk everywhere we wanted to go including to the new Gregg Museum! Getting coffee, grabbing lunch, drinks or a great dinner were all just steps away. Go five minutes further and you're in Cameron Village without the hassle of parking there! Amir, our contact during our stay, was so accommodating and attentive. We were really pleased with the entire experience and are already looking at another date to stay here! My daughter is an athlete in her senior year at State; had this apartment been available the whole four years she was in Raleigh, we would've been staying here every time we came to a game! Five huge stars for this swell property!
