With its location close to the North Sea and the impressive dunes, Nr. Lyngby is the perfect place for an eventful vacation. The house is ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy time together. For those who want to unwind from the stress of everyday life, the cottage offers an impressive outdoor wellness area. Here you can enjoy a relaxing moment in the outdoor spa, take a warm dip in the outdoor sauna, or rinse off the day's adventures under the outdoor shower. These facilities are perfect for finding peace and enjoying the fresh air. When you step into the house, you are greeted by the impressive pool area. Here you will find a pool with an accompanying water slide, which is a hit with both children and adults. From the pool area, you have a direct view of the heart of the house – the large kitchen-living room with a wood-burning stove. In the living room, you can gather in the cozy sofa area for movie nights or enjoy meals together at the long dining table with room for all 20 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for preparing delicious holiday meals. With direct access from the kitchen-dining area, you will find the activity room, which offers entertainment for all ages. Here you can challenge each other to billiards, table tennis, table football, and darts, or relax in the house's own bar. The activity room also leads to two of the three sleeping areas. In total, there are eight bedrooms spread across three sleeping areas, as well as two lofts, which are perfect for children and teenagers. Outdoors, in addition to the lovely wellness area, you can also enjoy the house's partially covered terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. There is also a trampoline for the enjoyment of the youngest guests. For those arriving by electric car, a charging point has been installed. This vacation home is located on a natural plot with a lawn. Features include 1000/1000 Mbit Wi-Fi. The house is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
