On the entrance floor, you are welcomed by a hallway leading to a spacious kitchen with a large dining table. This floor also features a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. An additional toilet is available upstairs. On the upper floor, you will find a cozy living room with a sofa set and a TV. There are also two peaceful bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. From the upper floor, you can also enjoy the view from a lovely balcony. The garden offers seating areas and barbecue facilities, with a lush green space perfect for relaxation and play. A majestic walnut tree provides a generous harvest in the fall. There is ample parking space in the driveway, accommodating at least two cars. NOTE! Parties and loud music are not allowed!
