8 person holiday home in Nakskov

Super cozy cottage located in peaceful surroundings at Vesternæs Strand, only 300 meters down to the beach, where you can swim from the bathing jetty. The cottage has terraces with morning and afternoon sun. One terrace is partially covered and has an awning, garden furniture, and sun loungers. Small purchases can be made at the nearby campsite during the summer months. Langø has a cozy fishing and marina about 3 km from the house. If you want to see what else Lolland has to offer, we recommend Dodekalitten and Knuthenborg Safari Park or the Medieval Center.The cottage has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and the last room has a bunk bed and a double bed in the annex. The open kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, induction stove, separate oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, and there is a 60-liter freezer in the shed opposite the front door. The cottage has two bathrooms, one with a toilet and sink, the other with a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine, and dryer. The living room has a TV with Chromecast and free internet, as well as a DVD player. The living room opens onto a semi-covered terrace and large garden.The cottage is located on a 1,800 m² plot, providing ample opportunity for play and games as well as sunbathing. For the youngest guests, there is a large swing in the garden, and for older children and adults, there is darts. On the terrace, there is a charcoal grill, so you can enjoy the evening after a trip to the nearby beach.Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
