5 person holiday home in Røros

Mountain cabin with a short distance to advanced skiers and only 3 km from the center of Røros. Alpine slope for children in the center where you also find a golf course, a multi-purpose hall with climbing wall, fitness centers, bowling, swimming facilities and marked hiking trails summer and winter. In the cabin, all rooms are on one level: windbreak, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. Easy access either via the main door into the hallway, or directly into the washing/drying room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large sink. Large bathroom with shower cubicle. Underfloor heating, laundry room/bathroom. Bright, pleasant living room with TV/wood burning stove. Large kitchen with dining table with plenty of space for everyone. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a family bunk bed, where the lower bunk is 120 cm wide and the upper bunk is 90 cm wide. In the living room, there is also a wall bed that is 140 cm wide. PS: Guests must bring their own bed linen. The cabin has a barbecue area with benches 50 meters from the cabin. There is a small veranda by the laundry room door and a large veranda outside the living room. Fire pit/grill/outdoor furniture. A total of over 30 m2 terrace. The cabin has an attractive location only 3 km from the center of Røros with a wide range of activities and culture. Røros has won the title Norway's best cultural municipality several years in a row. Here, you will also find facilities and service functions such as shops, cafes, restaurants, post office, liquor store etc. In addition, there are many large and small events throughout the year like Rørosmartnan, Femundløpet, Vinterfestspillene, Elden and Christmas Market. The rivers Håelva and Glåma meet a few hundred meters below the cabin with swimming and fishing opportunities in summer. In winter, it is less than 1 km to a ski slope that connects with Røros's slope network. From the cabin, it is a reasonable distance to several alpine resorts: Røros Alpine center Hummelfjell ca. 13 km. and Hamrafjallet/Tannadalen (Sweden) ca. 60 km.
