Beautiful and spacious apartment totally equipped with everything you need.
Our location will make your stay very comfortable, you will be just a few steps from its incredible beaches and the famous 5th Avenue.
From the incredible rooftop you can enjoy beautiful sunsets accompanied by your partner, family or friends.
A great apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a patio and living room.
It is a beautifully decorated apartment and its modern kitchen is fully equipped, we have cable TV and free WIFI.
We are only 50 meters from the beach and steps from 5th Avenue.
On the rooftop there is the pool, the grill, a common living area and a complete bathroom, all this for the enjoyment of everyone who is staying in POLO 88, this area is common and can be shared with other guests.
- Reservations of 20 days or more, the cost for electricity service is charged to the guest, this is done with the reading of the electric meter upon arrival.
- Reservations of 1 month or more, 2 cleanings per month are mandatory, the cost is charged to the guest.(450 - 650 pesos each ,depending on the size of your apartment )
- The hosts only provide bath soap, shampoo, toilet paper and garbage bags for the guest's arrival.
After check in any of these materials will be assumed by the guest.

This is the perfect property for you, due to be located at a very nice and tranquile area, near by down town, and main avenues.
On a bicycle is easy to hang around, or go to the beach at any time, cause is located at only 100 mts walking. One of the best views of the world from the roof garden, and infinity pool.
