The house is 92 m² and has four bedrooms. The layout is functional, with a large living space where the kitchen and living room blend seamlessly. There is plenty of room for socializing and enjoying meals together.



Outside, there is a large garden with space for play and relaxation. The terrace is perfect for outdoor dining, while children can safely enjoy the peaceful surroundings.



Just one kilometre away lies a child-friendly beach. The shallow waters and soft sandbanks make it perfect for swimming, building sandcastles, and taking long walks along the coast.

The original/old part of the house (approximately half of the house) was built in 1973 and has an old, rustic appearance. The new part of the house (approximately half of the house) was built in 2004 and has a newer, more modern appearance.



Tenants must bring their own bed linen, towels, tea towels and cleaning cloths unless these are ordered.
