On the ground floor, an open living and sleeping area is equipped with 1 sofabed measuring 120 cm, alongside a separate living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, with direct access to the garden. A fully equipped kitchen and living room is also located on this level, fitted with an oven, a gas stove with 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. This floor includes 2 shower rooms, each with a bidet and WC.
The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, comprises a living and sleeping area with 1 sofabed measuring 120 cm and a television, 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and a separate WC, and 1 additional bedroom with 2 beds.
