This newly renovated apartment is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and functional accommodation solution for their stay. Tastefully decorated and uniquely designed, this apartment is fully equipped to make you feel like at your own home. The apartment layout consists of a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, a kitchen with all its appliances, a separate bedroom with a wide bed.

Due to the spaciousness of the apartment, up to 4 people can comfortably stay there. And thanks to the large windows in the apartment, the rooms are always full of natural light, which will never make you feel gloomy.

The apartment is just a few meters from Laisvė avenue. The location of this apartment will not allow you to miss the hustle and bustle of the city, while also allowing you to observe such a busy life from the side. Laisvės aleja is full of the history of the city of Kaunas and beautiful architecture, so every visit to the neighbourhood of this apartment will not disappoint you.

In Laisvės Alley, you will find everything: beauty salons, clothing stores, handicraft shops, ordinary grocery stores, restaurants and cafes of all countries, bars, and places serving nightlife lovers. And after taking a few steps in the opposite direction, you will find yourself on the attractively beautiful Nemunas embankment.

As for the lovers of history, you can also visit attractions within easy reach, such as the old town, the historical presidency of the Republic of Lithuania, the town hall, Kaunas Castle, Santaka Park and many other places.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps `Trafi`, and `Žiogas` you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the `Bolt` and `CityBee` apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of center of Kaunas. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the yard right next to the apartment.

The apartment is located on the second floor. It requires climbing stairs to get access to it.
No shoes inside the apartment.
No parties, events, or gatherings.
Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment (no extra visitors or overnight guests).
No smoking inside the apartment.
Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00.
Please wash used dishes and take out the garbage before check-out.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €10 per pet/night. Guests must clean up after their pets.
Please do not move furniture (except chairs).
The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation. Extra bedding, linen, and towels provided for registered guests are stored in the apartment for use as needed. Additional towel sets used: €5/set. Additional bed linen used: €10/set. Damaged items requiring replacement will be charged accordingly.
All guests are required to submit their information for registration with local authorities, in accordance with Lithuanian tourism law.
