This newly renovated apartment is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and functional accommodation solution for their stay. Tastefully decorated and uniquely designed, this apartment is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. The apartment is a loft type. It consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, a kitchen with all its appliances, a bedroom, a wide bed on the second floor.

Due to the layout of the apartment, up to 4 people can comfortably stay there. The apartment is bright, and the loft-like layout gives guests privacy in a relatively small area.

The apartment is just a few meters from Laisvė avenue. The location of this apartment will not allow you to miss the hustle and bustle of the city, while also allowing you to observe such a busy life from the side. Laisvės aleja is full of the history of the city of Kaunas and beautiful architecture, so every visit to the neighbourhood of this apartment will not disappoint you.

In Laisvės Alley, you will find everything: beauty salons, clothing stores, handicraft shops, ordinary grocery stores, restaurants and cafes of all countries, bars, and places serving nightlife lovers. And after taking a few steps in the opposite direction, you will find yourself on the attractively beautiful Nemunas embankment.

As for the lovers of history, you can also visit attractions within easy reach, such as the old town, the historical presidency of the Republic of Lithuania, the town hall, Kaunas Castle, Santaka Park and many other places.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps "Trafi", "Žiogas" you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the "Bolt" and "CityBee" apps offer to rent electric scooters, bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your own transport, you will find more than one gas station in the center of Kaunas. You can also always park your transport in nearby paid parking lots.

The apartment is on the third floor. Access to it requires climbing stairs. (there are stairs in the apartment itself)
No shoes inside the apartments
No parties or gatherings
The limit of people in the apartment is the number of people mentioned in the reservation—no extra guests.
Children of all ages are allowed.
Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.
Pets are allowed (Extra charges will apply). The guest must collect pet droppings.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
Guest must wash their used dishes and take out the garbage before their check-out
Pet fee - 10€ / night for each pet
Guests are forbidden to move all furniture (except chairs)
The apartment is prepared with one set of bedding on the bed, regardless of bed size. Additional bedding, bed linen, and towels for the remaining guests mentioned on the reservation are stored in the apartment (in the sofa bed compartment or wardrobe) for you to use and arrange as needed.
