Please note that a family of 3 take care of the property during the day (housekeeping, breakfast, pool cleaning, etc) and will be in the house for a few hours every morning.

Pool heating is only available during the winter months (mid/late November to early/mid April). For guests who require pool heating, an additional charge will apply, starting from €30 per day, payable to Oliver’s Travels with the balance. Please note that, as with all heated pools, the effectiveness of pool heating and the water temperature (typically 25–27°C) are dependent on weather conditions and external temperatures.

Tourist Taxes are not included in the rental price and are to be paid locally in cash on arrival (the correct total per person per night will be sent to you after booking confirmation).
