Cosy loft apartment near Oxford - Pass the Keys
Welcome to our light and airy annexe - fully self contained, and only a 15 minute drive (or train ride) from Oxford city centre. Located at the end of a quiet lane, on the outskirts of the historic riverside market town of Abingdon.
Split over two floors; the ground floor housing a kitchen, breakfast bar and living space, and on the first floor a large bedroom with seating area, and a separate bathroom. We also have driveway parking available for one car.
The riverside market town of Abingdon is also only a short drive from the Chiltern Hills (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). The annexe is the perfect getaway to combine exploring the historic city of Oxford and the beautiful countryside that surrounds it.
Ground floor

First floor
- Large bedroom with double bed, sofa, bedsides, and wardrobe space
- Opening velux windows to the rear, and large dormer to the front
- Large bathroom with bath, separate shower, sink and WC
Outside
- Viewing over playing fields and farmland to the rear. (Distant noise from the playing fields can be heard occasionally on Saturday and Sunday mornings)
- Driveway parking for one car

The annexe adjoins our home. You will have uninterrupted use of the annexe itself during your stay, however, please be aware that the driveway and external (side) door are shared. You may see us from time to time.
My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
Other things to note
The annexe itself is connected to the main house. The external (side) door, access and driveway are all shared spaces.

- We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you don’t ‘borrow’ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too.
- We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by

- The house itself does not form part of the listing, and is therefore restricted from guest access
- Unfortunately there is no outdoor space available for guest use.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited, that includes the outside the property/anywhere on the premises
Child Friendly
- This is a child friendly property, but we would suggest only for infants in a travel cot. We are unable to provide a travel cot or highchair, but you are welcome to bring your own

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
