Beautiful villa with an enchanting terrace overlooking the sea of Cala dei Ginepri, a famous town on the Emerald Coast for its beautiful coves with crystal clear water hidden among the centuries-old junipers.
A 2-minute walk takes you to the Beach in front of the house.
A true paradise just 3 minutes from Baja Sardinia and 10 minutes from Porto Cervo.

The space

La Villetta is made in typical Mediterranean architecture, with stone walls and fine juniper wood, and is surrounded by the green of the manicured garden and the intense blue of the Sea.

It consists of a bright Living Area where we find a large living room, a large dining table, a Smart TV and a fully equipped open kitchen.

The Night Area is divided into Two Bedrooms, both very bright and with an enchanting Mediterranean style.

The master bedroom has a double bed, large closet and air conditioning.

Adjacent to the Room we find a full bathroom like Shower Cabin, Sink, Toilet, Bidet and Hair dryer.

The second Room has a Castle Bed and a Third Single Bed, it also has a Closet and also, we find an En Suite Bathroom.

Next to the kitchen there is a small outdoor space, where you will find a washing machine for free use.

The first terrace opens in front of the Living Area and continues with the green mantle of the manicured English lawn.

Accessing a staircase we climb to the top of the Villa, as an outdoor environment we will find a beautiful Terrace that leads directly to the Sea View for your outdoor lunches or dinners.

The house is fully air-conditioned and has Free Wi-Fi.
It is equipped with sheets and towels and has a washing machine.

There are two private parking lots in front of the entrance.

Nearby are the enchanting Calette di Cala dei Ginepri, some with umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee and delicious restaurants on the beach.

A few minutes by car is the renowned town of Baja Sardinia, with all its services and popular trendy clubs.
A 10-minute drive away is Porto Cervo, with its famous Piazzetta and its shops of the most important international luxury brands (Hermes, Luis Vuitton, Dior, Bulgari, Rolex, Gucci, etc.)
