Delizia beach house is located on the footpath that between Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful areas in Costa Brava, with sea view and all the comforts to comfortably accommodate 8 person.

This is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable holiday in Costa Brava, surrounded by crystal waters, pine tree and the nautical port of Llafranc.

The house was recently renovated , it is developed on 4 floors, on the main floor a charming living room with sofas, a dining area with table and chairs, the fully equipped kitchen , the guests will fins dishwasher, oven, the fridge, and a beautiful open view to the Mediterranean sea, just few steps we arrive at the external terrace, partially covered,, with panoramic sea views, sunbeds for relaxing and enjoy the sunsets and the BBQ, where to prepare delicious meals. At the same level there is a Suite with a double bed (180x190 cm) with shower in the room, and another with two twin beds (90x190cm) 1 bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor there is an attic studio with two sofa beds and a TV.
On the lower floor there are other two bedrooms, the suites with shower and two double beds one measures 180x190cm and the other one 160x190 with their private terrace and a unique sea view.
Delizia beach house offers a direct access to the beach by a door with code, 200 mt away the guests will find a garage for two cars, it is included in the price.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
Pool has no swimming guard
Children welcome
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Amount of security deposit : 600.00 EUR
Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
