This apartment is situated on the ground floor of a three-story building, ensuring easy access.

The shared outdoor pool is heated (till 15th October), providing a relaxing spot to unwind amidst the greenery. Air conditioning is operational in July and August, while heating is available in April, October, and December.
Please note that air conditioning is included in the booking rate during July and August. For stays in May, June, and September, it is available for an additional fee of EUR 20 per day.

Guests are required to bring their linen for the cot. The property features an American coffee machine and a Nespresso-style machine (please note, compatible pods must be purchased from the owner).
