Outdoors and Pool
The Arancera of Villa Edoardo is characterized by a garden of about 200 square meters, very well-kept, on several levels, enriched with flower beds and majestic orange trees, equipped for outdoor dining, with table, umbrella, chairs, portable barbecue. Going up a flight of iron stairs you reach a spacious terrace equipped with two sun loungers, a comfortable rocking chair and an umbrella. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. Outside the property, approximately 100 meters away, both to the right and left of the house, there are two small squares where you can park your car for free. In front of the house you can make a quick stop to unload your luggage and groceries.
Interiors
The annex (approx. 124 m2) is all on one floor and was created from the restoration of the old orangery of Villa Edoardo, the majestic late 18th century villa located on the property in a raised position. Once, citrus plants were stored here during the winter months; today it is a welcoming and bright house equipped with air conditioning and recently installed electrical and water systems.The entrance is characterized by three large French windows with three steps each, overlooking the scenic orange trees; the main entrance opens onto an open living area with a decorative fireplace, a dining area, a sofa with satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen with decorative wood-fired oven characterized by a particular rock wall, a sleeping area with a king-size double bed and a ceiling fan.
From here guests can access the bathroom with shower, which is also dug into the rock, and the rectangular internal swimming pool measuring 4.80x4 with a depth of 1.40 meters. The entrance to the pool is characterized by 3 steps going down with 2 large stations on the sides, one of which has a hydro-massage area; inside the pool, under the barrel vault entirely made of bricks, guests can relax pampered by cromo therapy and the temperature of the water heated to 32 degrees.

Location
L’Arancera di Villa Edoardo is located in a residential area, surrounded by other prestigious villas, with Monte Pisano on the back and near the town center. A true oasis of relaxation particularly designed for couples who love a holiday dedicated to nature and sport without giving up the convenience of having everything at their fingertips.

The annex is equipped with wifi internet connection, air conditioning, ceiling fan, heating, bathrooms courtesy set.

Services
The price includes the supply of bathroom linen (bathrobes as well), bed linen, kitchen linen and pool towels. A midweek change of pool towels, kitchen and bathroom linen (just towels set) is offered to weekly stays . Water, electricity, gas consumption, final cleaning and Wi-Fi internet connection are also included. Domestic help is available on request.

Important Information
The indoor pool is open all year round (heated to 32 degrees, except in July and August, when it can be heated on request).
Car parking outside the property, 100 meters from the annex.
Smoking is not allowed. The property is for adults only.

L’ Arancera is located in Cucigliana, a hamlet of the municipality of Vicopisano, in the province of Pisa, located along the banks of the Arno river, on the slopes of the Monti Pisani, a small mountain range in the central-northern part of Tuscany which separates Pisa from Lucca. In a few kilometers distance guests can find many jewels of Tuscany: the lands around Pisa, characterized by rolling hills, ancient villages and architectural treasures, but also by the sea, parks and nature reserves.
