Location: privileged position in Mondolfo, one of the most beautiful villages in the Marche thanks also to the historic center where you can still breathe suggestive medieval atmospheres. Apartment located one minute walk from the sea and only 2 km from the Marotta Mondolfo motorway exit.
Description: two-room apartment on the first floor. Entrance to living room with double sofa bed - complete kitchen - bedroom with two single beds - bathroom with shower - terrace equipped with table and chairs where you can eat - private garage. Washing machine.
Pets NOT allowed.
Self-check-in - via box with keys for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival.
Advance payment by bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.
The price includes:
- rental
- water, electricity and gas consumption
- 24h on-site assistance
- initial and final cleaning
- the supply of bed linen and towels for all beds in the house
