This amazing large 4 bedroom villa, right on the frontline of the famous golf course in Caleta de Fuste features ocean views and mountain views. Air conditioning is available throughout, which is chargeable at 100€ per week, payable on arrival. There are upright fans throughout the property also.

A spacious and bright environment, with high ceilings, a large family room and a separate dining room perfect for family meals. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, with two Superking beds, a large Double and bunk beds.

A fully equipped kitchen with appliances, the utility also features a full size freezer and a washing machine.

Two large bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the en-suite features a jacuzzi bath with shower over.

There is speedy wifi with an additional router in the bedroom area, so wifi is always available and a large flatscreen Smart TV, and internet TV comprising of 100’s of channels, movies and TV series, in several languages. Also Alexa dots available around the house.

There is an outside summer house, which is set up with a Smart TV, this area can be used as an office, or separate kids room/study area.

As the villa is south-facing it benefits from the sun on the terraces all day, perfect for relaxing on a sun lounger by the pool or dining al fresco. The outdoor area overlooks the second fairway on the championship golf course and has plenty of space to relax and sunbathe around the private heated pool with outside shower. During the winter months (1st November to 30th April) the pool is heated to 28 deg. There is optional pool heating during summer months at a cost of 100€ per week, payable on arrival (note this will depend on the ambient temperatures and will be assessed before agreeing to heat the pool)

There is also a barbecue and a large table and chairs. The roof terrace offers wonderful views of the golf course, the Atlantic Ocean and mountains, perfect for Sunset Drinks!

There is also an outside summer room available with desk/chairs/bean bags, a quiet space for either work, homework or for the children to chill.

The Golf Club is just a 5 mins drive away and the villa is situated in a quiet area only 15 mins walk from the local supermarket, restaurants and children's play park and the fabulous sands and lagoons of the La Guirra beach. A further 20 mins walk and you will arrive at the endless sandy beach of Playa del Castillo and the main Caleta area with numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The Marina is on the other side of the beach and offer numerous water sports, swimming with the sea lions and boat/catamaran trips.

My family and I stayed at this villa for a week and I can honestly say it was just amazing. From the moment we walked in the front door our mouths were hanging opened with how beautiful it was. It was spotless and all the wee touches were second to none. The pool area is just perfect with absolutely everything you need from sun loungers to BBQ which we used most nights and a lovely big dining table. The inside dining area is perfect as well. There is nothing I could honestly say was a negative. We will definitely be back and I have actually passed details onto friends. Thank you again for all your help and great communication.
