We are close to the stretch of beach presided over by the Nettuno beach club, while both to the right and left we find a free beach. Being in Corso Italia we are in the convenience of services, as the first shopping center is less than 100 meters away, the center of the town is a stone's throw away and everything remains within reach.
In Corso Italia n.9e, inside the condominium called "LE PALME", we rent a two-level apartment located on the first floor with elevator and private parking space.

The condominium has a swimming pool open from June 1st to September 30th.

Internally it consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with sink, toilet and shower and a small terrace facing the pool on the first floor, while on the upper floor there is a large mezzanine bedroom with an additional bathroom.
