Built between 1908 and 1918 for workers of the nearby mine, today it is a symbol of the city's transformation and one of the most interesting places to visit. The apartment is a perfect base for exploring the area. Walking through Nikiszowiec, you can feel the spirit of the past and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of bygone times. Preserved tenement houses, charming courtyards, and characteristic red bricks create a one-of-a-kind ambiance that attracts both tourists and locals. Thanks to the convenient location of our apartment, guests have easy access to numerous cultural attractions, festivals, concerts, and local restaurants serving regional specialties. Right next to the apartment, there is a hockey center. The neighborhood is full of shops, cafes, restaurants, and service points. The location makes it easy to move around thanks to numerous bus and tram stops (Nikiszowiec Lodowisko, Nikiszowiec Szpital, Nikiszowiec Kościół) as well as the A4 highway.
