This fully equipped beachfront apartment in Estartit offers three bedrooms and accommodates six guests, providing a homely and comfortable stay. Nestled in a family friendly area next to the sea, it features a private garden, a 9 m² terrace with outdoor furniture, and open air parking in the same building. Guests will enjoy Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout the house, a heat pump, a washing machine, an iron, and a TV for added convenience.

The apartment is ideally located just 25 m from the sandy beach, 150 m from a supermarket, and 200 m from the city center, ensuring easy access to essentials and local attractions. Empordà Golf Club is 9 km away, while Flaçà train station (35 km) and Girona Costa Brava Airport (55 km) provide seamless travel connections.

The modern open plan kitchen, equipped with electric appliances, includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. Additional amenities such as dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, a coffee machine, and a toaster ensure a hassle free stay.
Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted
