BEACHFRONT PROPERTY- Wake up to the beauty of 400 yr old Oak trees in a compound with private beach access, pergola with sleeping futon, BBQ with fully kitchen/TV/Dining, ensuite King bedroom with extra bed, kitchen, sitting room with sleeper sofa for 1 or 2 people- You can spend your entire holiday on the compound, swimming in the sea accessed by private stairs, eating Greek treats, lazing in the hammocks, playing backgammon under the olive tree. Day trips to the mountains are easy enough, and the Ancient River Acherodas, only a 40 minute drive. Downtown Preveza is a 7 minute drive and it is busy with local taverns, outdoor cafes, a brand new marina, and plenty of trendy shops! Greek churches and ancient sites are within reach and many summer festivals are organised and worth joining!

Awesome Property at a Great Price

Wow is all I can say! What a perfect private setting! So incredibly convenient with the beach at your feet, seafront pergola and sleeping sofa! Just like the descriptions says! The town is a couple minutes drive away. The Oak trees were so impressive and majestic! I must say that the hosts were more than accommodating and helpful. We were there for a short stay as we moved on to another area in our week's vacation, but the day trip they organised to the mountains was unforgettable! We did have a car which was optimal. I just can't rave enough about this new holiday home on offer, take advantage of it while it is available!!
