12ft-wide spacious caravan with one double and two twin bedrooms. Shower. Open plan lounge/diner with kitchen area. Double glazed and centrally heated. Wrap decking with steps. No Pets.. Located in the heart of the coastal village of Ingoldmells, Smallgrove Park is the perfect choice for families looking for action packed holidays throughout the year.



Situated opposite the popular Fantasy Island, step outside of your holiday home and you can be the first to enjoy theme park rides, markets, and events, seconds from your doorstep! If you love the seaside then you’re in luck! Just 5 minutes away from the park you will find Ingoldmells beach. Soaking up the sun, walking along the sandy shores, or going for a swim has never been easier.



Next door to our exciting holiday home park, you will find The Villager Pub. You’ll never have to walk far to grab a drink or enjoy some tasty food!You also have access to use of all Coastfields Holiday Village’s fantastic facilities just 5 minutes away.. Located in the heart of the coastal village of Ingoldmells, Smallgrove Park is the perfect choice for families looking for action packed holidays throughout the year.
