2階建ての2ベッドルーム2バスリトリートは、フィレンツェ旧市街の中心部にあります。 このエリアは、素晴らしいレストラン、ショップ、アートギャラリー、アイスクリームショップ、チョコレートショップ、パブ、ワインテイスティングで知られ、雄大なシウスラウ川を含む自然の美しさで知られています。

ほとんどすべてが徒歩圏内にあり、海のビーチ、国立砂丘、ゴルフコースは歴史的な旧市街から車で10分です。 フィレンツェは2017年にExpediaで最も美しい場所に選ばれました!!!

新しく改装されたスペースには、新しい塗料とカーペットがあります。 客室には、地元および全国的に高く評価されているアーティストのギャラリー品質のアートがいっぱいです。 ユニットは1400平方フィートで、風光明媚な川と美しい歴史的なシウスラウ橋の景色を見渡す大きな250平方フィートのデッキがあります。 デッキには座席とバーベキューが完備されており、太平洋から出航するすべての釣り船やカニ漁船を見ながらリラックスするのに最適です。

大きなマスターベッドルーム（通り側）には、フラットスクリーンテレビ、快適な座席、キングサイズのベッドと新しいリネンが備わっています。 マスターバスにはジャグジータブとシャワーがあり、マスターベッドとバスの間には独立したダブルシンクがあります。 小さい（静かな）ベッドルームにはクイーンベッドがあり、川の景色、独立したデッキへのアクセス、バスルームがすぐ近くにあります。 キッチンには、6人掛けのダイニングルームに加えて、島席が完全に備わっています。

その他の設備には、洗濯機/乾燥機、ケーブル付きの2つのフラットスクリーン、インターネット接続、予約済みの駐車スペースがあります。 トレーラー、RV、大型車両用駐車場は、砂丘コンドミニアムから1ブロックのポート駐車場にあります。

大規模な集まりを開催する場合は、隣にデッキをつなぐコンドミニアムがあります。 フィレンツェのVRBOでタイドのリストを探してください！

申し訳ありませんが、ペットはお連れできません。また、建物内またはその周辺は禁煙です。 2階建てのコンドミニアムは、階段のみでアクセスできます。エレベーターはありません。

シウスラウ川とシウスラウ橋の美しい景色がありますが、橋から数ブロック離れた場所にあり、交通量や時折工事を聞くのに十分近くないため、橋の騒音はありません。

このコンドミニアムはオールドタウンの中心部にあり、レストランやショップが軒を連ねていることに注意してください。 ほとんどの企業は午前10時に営業し、午後8時に閉店します。 週に3晩ライブ音楽を楽しめるレストランがあります。 このスポットは地元の人や行楽客に人気があります。 音楽は午後9時に直ちに終了し、レストランは午後10時に閉店します。 サービスと供給のトラックは、非常に早い時間帯に時々行き来します。 デッキとゲストベッドルームは常に穏やかですが、特に週末には10時から11時まで通りのアクティビティがあります。

港の敷地から1ブロック離れた9月まで毎日開かれているファーマーズマーケットがあります。 遊歩道の終わりには、すべての基本と素晴らしいワインセレクションが揃ったコンビニエンスマーケットがあります。 ドックに位置するのは魚市場であり、港には漁獲されたばかりの魚介類を乗せたボートがしばしばあります。

Very spacious, clean and excellent location. Easy check in and great communication. The view is also fantastic. A couple or the bath towels did have some stains on them but were clean.

Tammy's condo is amazing! The location and view are beautiful and it was absolutely quiet and peaceful right in the middle of old town! The place is beautifully appointed and has everything you could ever need. I could not be more pleased. She even left a beautiful little box of chocolates! What s sweet touch! The beds were heavenly!

So comfy, cozy and clean!! Felt like home and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the WONDERFUL deck watching the river flow by. Being right in the heart of Old Town is one of the things many guests love most because everything is so walkable, though it can occasionally come with some ambient downtown sounds from the nearby restaurants, bridge traffic, and waterfront activity. We do provide sound machines and a box fan for white noise to help make things as comfortable as possible for guests who are lighter sleepers. We had a great time. The neighbors next door were really loud at times. The bathroom with the pedestal sink coil benefit from a medicine cabinet as there is not a lot of room for toiletries. We couldn’t get the river view bedroom door to lock.

The river-view bedroom patio door is designed with a safety feature that allows it to always open from the inside, while remaining secure from the outside when locked. It can feel a bit different if you’re not expecting it, but it is functioning as intended. The bathroom with the pedestal sink is part of the home’s cozy footprint, as shown in the listing photos. We appreciate your thoughtful suggestion about additional storage and will certainly keep it in mind. I’m sorry to hear the neighbors were a bit loud at times—that’s not something we typically hear, but we’re always happy to reach out with a gentle reminder if we know during a stay.
