The house is tastefully decorated and has two floors surrounded by a wooded sunny garden. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a view of the garden and patio doors to the sunny terrace. Complete open kitchen with combination microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There is a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The villa offers private parking and is close to all the amenities of the park.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 8:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
