> Living room: spacious and elegant, like everything we will see here, it has a comfortable three-piece L-shaped sofa, a beautiful carpet, a set of coffee tables, a rack, are Smart TV, and a beautiful lamp with warm tones.
> Dining room: it has an elegant designer dining set, with a table for four people and comfortable chairs. With the light coming in from the terrace, it is a cool place to enjoy lunch, looking out to sea.
> Kitchen: American style, it is integrated into the dining area. It has everything you need for a stay, sharing delicious meals, it has an island in the centre, and offers a kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and more.
> Bedrooms: this luxurious penthouse has 3 bedrooms, the main one and second bethroom has kinkg size bed and the thrid one has a double bed, the three bedrooms have wardrobe. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony.
> Terrace: spacious and equipped with outdoor furniture, it has a dining set from which you can enjoy delicious moonlit dinners and also a coffee table set with sofas to savour breakfast in the sea breeze.
> Bathroom: it offers two bathrooms, one of them with a shower, double washbasin, large mirror, toilet, and storage space. The other has a bathtub, a toilet, and a single washbasin with a mirror.
In addition to this, the building has the best amenities, such as the swimming pool, communal parking, gymnasium, spa, and sauna (the latter two will not be available until June due to repairs). A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*We will be waiting for you to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 4 PM to 9 PM. After 9 PM, an additional charge of €40 applies until 11 PM, and €60 until midnight. For check-in outside this schedule, please contact us for availability and pricing. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure someone is there to welcome you. A delay of more than one hour from the scheduled arrival time will incur a €25 surcharge.
* We do not accept teenage groups or underage guests without adult supervision. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Bed linens and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests booked. Additional towels are available at an extra cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Airport transfer available upon request – please inquire about availability and costs.
*The swimming pool is open only for certain months of the year (usually from May to October). Please confirm pool availability for your selected dates. Due to the drought, pool opening dates may be subject to change.
*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is excessively dirty, an extra charge of €24.20 per hour will apply.
