Sa Galera Villa is a wonderful property in the island of Ibiza, in the area of San Antonio west side of the Isalnd, a wonderful location for those people looking for a relaxing area and enjoy some of the most amazing sunsets that this part of Ibiza offers.
The villa is located within walking distance to a beach and as well to a restaurant, the nearest town of San Antonio is about 5 minutes by car.

Sa galera Villa as a large private outdoor space made of garden and patios, there is a beautiful private swimming pool equipped with sunlounges and an outdoor shower. close to the building is a covered patio where guests can organize al fresco meals with a beautiful sea view, owner paid lot of attention in equip the external areas with garden furniture all facing the sea where the guests can relax and enjoy the sunset!

The interiors of the villa are very spacious and elegantly decorated, the house develops into two levels and feature at the ground floor a large living and dining area with larges glass sliding doors facing the sea and sunset and the San Antonio bay. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with all amenities needed.
On the upper floor there are 4 double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, three of the bedrooms are offering stunning sea view as well!
The villa as all amenities such as Air conditioning, internet wifi, private parking, BBQ, ping pong table; washing machine.

Neighborhood and distance:
Sa Galera Villa is sent just in front of the sea, one minute walking to a beach, within walking distance is also possible to reach Casa Salada, Punta Galera in about 5 minute walk; the nearest town is San Antonio 5 minutes away with all services needed; The airport is 15 minutes away; Eivissa 30 minutes away.

Rental Rules:
Check-in : 16:00 to 21:00 check in after 21:00 requires an extra fee to be paid locally of Euro 100,00 cash; Check out : 10:00 h
it is forbidden to organize parties at the villa or smoke inside the house, penalty a full withheld of the security deposit.
No laud music is allowed and however must be switched off after 23:00.
House towels cannot be taken to the beaches
Garbage roles: at the time of check in property manager will explain the garbage roles, if those are not respected he has the right to charge up to 100.00 penalty
Amount of security deposit : 2000.00 EUR
Security deposit must be paid in the form of: Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
Final Cleaning: €500 to pay upon arrival
Tourist tax Euro 2,20 per person per night; children under 16 are exempt.
