We're so excited to host you! 🎉 To help everyone enjoy a comfortable, respectful, and peaceful environment, here are a few friendly guidelines:

- 🤫 Keep noise to a minimum — You have access to the whole house, but other guests may be staying on the estate. Please be mindful of others, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
- 🧹 Look after the space — Please treat the home with care and help keep it clean and tidy. We really appreciate it! 💖
- 🚫🍕 No food or drinks in bedrooms — To help keep things fresh and comfy, we ask that you enjoy meals and snacks in the kitchen or living areas.
- 🎈 No parties or big gatherings — While we’re happy to accommodate guests attending events like weddings or family celebrations, the property itself cannot host parties or receptions. If you're unsure, feel free to ask—we're always happy to help!
- 🛁 Towels are for indoors only — Kindly avoid taking towels to the pool or outside areas. This helps keep them soft for longer! 🧺
- 👥 Only the booked number of guests may stay — If you’d like to add someone, just get in touch. We’re happy to help if possible!
- 🚭 No smoking — Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or within the estate grounds. Thanks for keeping the air fresh for everyone. 🌿
- 👣 No outdoor shoes inside — To help keep floors clean and comfortable, please remove your shoes at the door. We recommend bringing your favourite slippers for a cosy stay!
- 🧒 Pool safety — The outdoor pool is available for guest use from May to October and between 9 am and 7 pm. Please note that it is not fenced, so children must be supervised at all times when outside.
- 🧼 Before you check out, we simply ask that you leave the property in a generally tidy condition:
- 🧽 Load any used dishes into the dishwasher and set it to go. Please rinse the dishes before to prevent clogging or buildup.
- 🗑️ Put rubbish in the bins provided.
- ✨ Our cleaners will handle the rest - A standard clean is covered in the reservation price, but excessive mess may incur extra charges.
