A peaceful and comfortable stay!

I invite you to discover this elegant house, tastefully renovated, perfect for a relaxing getaway, located in a very quiet residence just 150 meters from the sea and the GR34 coastal trail. Thanks to its ideal location, you can reach the town center and the most beautiful beaches of Carantec in just a few minutes.

At the entrance, you will find a storage closet and a WC.

Continuing through, the bright living area consists of a beautiful, modern, and very functional kitchen. It is well equipped with a dishwasher, a combination oven, a Nespresso machine, and a classic coffee maker. You can enjoy your meals here in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The open-plan kitchen leads to the living room, which features a flat-screen TV. The large sliding glass door invites you to relax on the terrace, furnished with outdoor seating. The small garden is fully enclosed.

Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms with dressing areas, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The first bedroom has a small sea view and a double bed (160x190 cm).

The second bedroom has a bunk bed (90x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm).

A baby kit is provided, including a travel cot with a comfortable mattress, a high chair, and a bathtub.

Games and books are available, along with a small TV with DVDs. Beach toys are also kindly provided.

Outside, an attached locked storage room allows you to store bicycles or water sports equipment.

Linens are not provided. However, you can rent “made beds” at the following rates:

€20 for a double bed

€15 for a single bed (towels included)

Payment is made on-site.

During the summer season, a free shuttle runs every half hour, with a stop just a few meters from the residence.

This house promises you a pleasant and restful stay, with all the necessary comforts to fully enjoy Carantec and its surroundings.

Continuing on, the bright living room features a beautiful, modern and highly functional kitchen. It's well equipped with a dishwasher and a combi oven, as well as a Nespresso coffee maker and a classic coffee maker. You'll be able to enjoy your meals in total conviviality.

The kitchen opens onto the living room, which boasts a 4K UHD flat-screen TV. The large bay window invites you to relax on the terrace, equipped with garden furniture. The garden is enclosed.

Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable, bright bedrooms with dressing rooms, and a brand-new shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine.

The first bedroom, with a small sea view, is equipped with a 160/190 double bed.

The second bedroom has a 90/190 bunk bed and a 90/190 single bed.
