Situated in the Boskloof Eco Estate in Somerset West, this luxurious
six-bedroom villa is ideal for families and groups. With stunning views
of the Helderberg Mountain and the ocean, it offers a perfect blend of
natural beauty, elegant design, and comfort.
Accommodating up to 12 guests, the villa features spacious interiors,
thoughtfully designed living areas, and a lush outdoor space for an
unforgettable stay. There are two fully equipped kitchens within the
home, each fitted with high-end appliances including a dishwasher and
washing machine, ensuring a comfortable and convenient self-catering
stay.
The main living area includes a stylish lounge with plush seating, a
mounted flat-screen TV with DSTV, and a cosy fireplace nook ideal for
cooler evenings. The adjacent dining area features a large wooden table
that seats up to ten guests, perfect for shared meals or special
celebrations. Large sliding doors lead to the villa’s beautifully
landscaped private garden, where guests can unwind on the spacious
patio, enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor dining table, or cook on
the built-in braai. A private swimming pool with loungers completes the
setting, your own secluded haven under the sun.
Additionally, the property features high-speed internet access
throughout, air conditioning, DSTV in both lounges, secure on-site
parking, and exclusive access to the garden and swimming pool. Two
friendly bulldogs reside on the premises, safely kept in a secured,
private section and cared for daily by a Host Agents team member.
The property boasts six bedrooms in total. The main bedroom is fitted
with a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub,
a shower, a double vanity, and a toilet, as well as a private balcony
offering breathtaking ocean and mountain views. The second bedroom
features a double bed with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower
and toilet. The third and fourth bedrooms are fitted with double beds,
sharing a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. One of these
bedrooms is interleading, making it ideal for families with young
children. The fifth & sixth bedrooms are each fitted with comfortable
queen-size beds and soft bedding, with two bathrooms equipped with a
shower, toilet, washbasin, and a bathroom cabinet with a vanity. Only
one bathroom features a shower-bath.
The villa offers easy access to the best of Somerset West and its
surroundings. Enjoy wine tastings, golf, nature reserves, pristine
beaches in Strand and Gordon’s Bay, and a wide range of outdoor and
cultural activities.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 44 Sandstone Drive, Boskloof Eco Estate, Somerset West.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
