Emerald Residence is a bright 85 m² apartment, located in a modern residential complex 2 minutes from the center of Peschiera del Garda. It features two double bedrooms with access to a private garden and a convenient sofa bed for two people.
It can therefore host groups up to 6 people and offers all the comforts suitable to make your vacation unforgettable and relaxing.
The open-concept American-style kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and citrus juicer.
The private garden is completely furnished and will be the perfect setting for your days and evenings during the beautiful season.
In the residence there is also a shared swimming pool, set in a beautiful green area. Private garage with one parking space included.
