The Villa Nora (235 m²), with its unique and colorful decor and a lovely indoor pool, can comfortably house 9 guests in 5 bedrooms:
- The entrance on the main floor leads to a tastefully furnished, air-conditioned living area complete with a beautiful library, couches around the TV, and dining table. Large sliding windows open out to the garden and terrace boasting incredible views of the lake. A small kitchen with everything you need. Toilet. Single bedroom with TV. Two air-conditioned double bedrooms with TV and each with ensuite bathroom (one with shower and one with bathtub).
- The first floor has two air-conditioned, double bedrooms with TV: a master bedroom with double bed, dressing room, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a terrace with stunning lakeview. Another bedroom with double bed (or two singles) and ensuite bathroom with shower is located at the back.
- The main floor also includes an indoor pool area, perfect for year-round splashing fun, with large sliding windows that can be opened in summer leading out to the garden.

Outside, you'll be impressed by the garden and its well-kept lawn with sun loungers and parasols, and oh my goodness, what a view! You'll admire the 180° panoramic down to the lake and the Borromean islands, so sit back, relax, and sip a glass of prosecco while looking down at the lake and the boats that pass by.

The Villa Nora is situated in the hamlet of Campino, a peaceful hillside area above Stresa, and just next to the house you’ll find two excellent restaurants. The villa enjoys a central location between the popular lakefront towns of Baveno (3 km) and Stresa (4,5 km), the most famous destination on Lake Maggiore. Stroll along the lakeside promenade or explore the narrow alleyways filled with boutiques, cafés, and restaurants. Take any ferry to explore the stunning splendor of Lake Maggiore. Easy one-day visits to Milan or Turin, the famed Piedmont wineries, the picturesque Lake Orta, or lengthy walking into the mountain valleys behind the house and beyond are also options.

RENTAL CONDITIONS - VILLA NORA:
Included:
Water, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning, smart TV, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, baby bed and high chair, indoor swimming pool (9 x 4 m; max dept 1,5m) - heated (see extras and notes), garden, parking

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
- Security deposit (refundable): 1500 euro
- Cleaning (obligatory): 300 euro per week
- Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels (obligatory): 135 euro
- Heating pool included from June to September - excluded from October to May (surcharge according to consumption)
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Note:
- The swimming pool is opened throughout the year and can be heated (see extras to be paid).
- Pets not allowed.
- Events or parties not allowed.
- The first-floor bedroom in the back also has an own, independent entrance.
- The villa is positioned near and over the motorway, so traffic noise can be heard from outside.
