THE ACCOMMODATION:
This bright and contemporary apartment has one bedroom, which includes a Super King Bed and a SMART TV. Please note that the bedroom has a zip and link bed that can be separated into two standard single beds - the bedroom is set up with linen for a super king bed as standard.

In the vibrant lounge/diner the guests will find a sofa bed in the lounge area to sleep 1 or 2 people. The lounge also includes a 55" SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

The kitchen area is equipped with a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.

THE LOCAL AREA:
This property enjoys a prime location in the sought-after Middle Chine area, offering direct access from the garden to a scenic woodland path which leads gently down to the sandy beach (approximately a 5 minute walk). Bournemouth Pier is a 15 minute walk away, with the town centre reachable within 20 minutes, offering high street shops, theatres, an Odeon cinema and restaurant complex, other restaurants, bars and entertainment for the whole family. The land train runs along the Promenade seasonally, from close by the bus terminus at the foot of the Chine, to Bournemouth Pier and to Boscombe Pier beyond. Seasonal open top buses will take you into Bournemouth and Poole - so let the breeze run through your hair! A wide variety of beachside cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance, including the popular Vesuvio with sea-view al fresco dining and Harvester. Guests can enjoy picturesque cliff-top walks with views of the Isle of Wight and Old Harry Rocks.
